Returns and Exchanges

Our Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty Claims processes have temporarily changed. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we at Dioptics Sunwear are updating our policies for the safety of our customers and employees.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. We'll work with you to find eyewear that is right for you.

This return policy does not apply to products bought through a retailer or store location. For retail returns or exchanges, please visit the retailer where you purchased the product.

Exchange/Refund Instructions

  1. Contact customer service either by phone (1-800-959-9038) or email (dmpinfo@fgxi.com) to initiate an exchange (customer must provide reason for exchange).
  2. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the product. Shipping fees are non-refundable (some exceptions apply).
  3. Customers will be allowed one exchange of equal or lesser value per purchase and will not be required to send the item back.

Warranty/ Defective Item Claim instructions

  1. Contact the Warranty department either by phone (866-807-0195) or email (wainfo@fgxi.com) to initiate a warranty/defective item claim. Customer must supply photos of the damaged item and the claim must be within a year of purchase and state whether they would like an exchange or a refund.
  2. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the product. Shipping fees are non-refundable (some exceptions apply).
  3. Customers will be allowed one exchange per purchase and will not be required to send the item back.

Allow 4-6 weeks for the processing of any items returned before 6/1/20.
Allow 7 to 10 business days for any requests submitted after 6/1/20 to be processed.
