Limited Warranty

One (1) Year Limited Warranty

All Dioptics products are warranted to the original purchaser by Dioptics for any breakage due to manufacturer’s defects for one (1) year from date of purchase. This limited warranty is only valid with proof of purchase from an authorized Dioptics dealer. The limited warranty will be void if the return does not include receipt as proof of purchase and date of original purchase. Dioptics will, at its option, repair or replace any eyewear product found to be defective. This excludes damage caused by improper or unreasonable use, and does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, scratched lenses, lost screws or accidental damage. Any alteration to the original product will void this limited warranty. Dioptics reserves the right to make the final determination on whether any damage is due to manufacturer’s defect.

Returns

Products returned to Dioptics must be accompanied by the following:

  1. A dated copy of the original purchase receipt
  2. A brief note detailing the problem with the product and how it occurred
  3. A check or money order for the amount of $4.95 to cover shipping and handling costs within the U.S. (and US territories). For Canada claims, include $14.95 (US) for shipping and handling.
  4. Include your name, phone number, email and address

Please note: Dioptics strongly recommends that you use a traceable method of shipment to ensure and track the return of your merchandise. Dioptics is not responsible if your return is lost in transit.

Please package all eyewear products carefully to avoid any further damage. Dioptics will not be held responsible for damage cause by improper shipping or non-receipt.
