All eyewear products purchased on the Diopticssunwear.com website ("Products") are warranted to the original purchaser by FGX Direct, LLC ("FGX") against manufacturer’s defects for one (1) year from date of purchase. This limited warranty is only valid with proof of purchase. FGX will, at its option, repair or replace any product found by FGX to be defective. This limited warranty does not cover improper or unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, scratched lenses, lost screws or accidental damage. Claims must be accompanied by the following to ensure proper processing: a brief note detailing the problem with the Product and how it occurred, and return contact details (name, address, phone, email). US customers must return the Product to FGX. A prepaid shipping label may be downloaded at https://diopticssunwear.com/helpful-links/returns-and-exchanges/. Canadian customers must supply a clear photo of the Product. FGX pays for the cost of shipping repaired or replacement product to U.S. and Canadian addresses. All Products should be returned to:
